Paolo Neroni

PPaolo Neroni is a founding partner of TDN Legal – Law Firm, with lead responsibility for Restructuring and Insolvency matters.

He has gained significant expertise in company restructuring and bankruptcy procedures, advising companies operating in many different business areas such as real estate, industrial and commercial.

Paolo’s main practice areas, in addition to restructuring and insolvency, are corporate, cross-border and domestic transactions, commercial litigation and ADR, consumer law and privacy.

Since 2009 he has been advising one of the main Italian motorcycle manufacturers, taking care of corporate governance and compliance, product liability, privacy, intellectual property, national and international distribution, agency, transport, e-commerce, logistic, sponsorship and supply contracts, operating on a worldwide basis.

He also advises Italian companies operating in the industrial sector, primarily manufacturers of plastic materials by assisting them in the negotiation of both national and international commercial agreements, national litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Paolo Neroni was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009. He is fluent in English and French, in addition to his native Italian.
