Luca d’Imporzano
LLuca d’Imporzano is a founding partner of TDN Legal – Law Firm, with lead responsibility for Corporate and M&A matters.
His practice focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint venture deals, asset disposals and restructuring, general commercial transactions, industrial property rights protection and licensing, corporate governance and compliance.
He has developed significant expertise in the automotive market since 2001, advising global companies operating in the development, manufacture and sale of automotive components.In the same sector, he has advised several clients on the establishment of distribution networks for the sale of goods and services to the automotive aftermarket.
Luca has advised several domestic and overseas industrial sector clients, primarily operating in laser welding industrial applications, robotic, automation, eyewear and fashion production, on the extension of their business in the BRICS (chiefly India and China), EMEA and UAE markets, by assisting them in the negotiation of strategic global alliance agreements, real estate transactions, investment and joint venture agreements with local partners, and in the setting up of wholly owned subsidiaries.
He has also advised several clients operating in the industrial sector on R&D agreements with leading public Italian universities and other public authorities, or commercial partners for the joint cooperation on research into and development of high-tech solutions to be applied in the production process of automotive and industrial goods.
His representative experience includes advising clients in court and arbitration proceedings relating to directors’ liability, corporate governance and M&A transactions.
Luca was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2004. He is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.
