Protocollo aziendale per contrasto e contenimento Covid-19

On March 14, 2020, a “Protocol providing measures to contrast and contain the spread of virus Covid-19 at work places” was undersigned. The Protocol was undersigned upon invitation of the President of the Council of Ministers, by the Minister for the Economy, the Minister for Labor and Social Policies, the Minister for Economic Development and the Minister for Health, which promoted the meeting between unions for the purpose of the implementation of measure set forth by article 1, paragraph 1st, No 9, of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers dated March 11, 2020, which – with regard to the professional and manufacturing activities – recommended agreements between employers and unions.
